It's all about the flour.

Lots of flour on pastry board. If you have no board...an old t-shirt stapled to a cutting board works. Traditional lefse is about 4 times as large as what I make...but without the traditional utensils (lefse stick, lefse griddle, pastry board)....well...this works! Posted by Picasa
